- Perform secretarial and general administrative duties, including manage reports, correspondence and documents
- Scheduling of meetings/appointments and ensuring meetings are organised and minuted
- Handling calls and filing of documents, preparing of meeting materials
- Manage calendar schedules, meetings, conference calls and overseas travel and travel reports
- Prepare the agenda in consultation with the management and collate documents for all the meetings for the directors
- Provide administrative support on day-to-day matters
- Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Proficient in written and spoken English; ability to translate Japanese/English documents;
- Proficient in Word processing and Excel spreadsheet;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
