Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding Government Payment schemes.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing data entry and document management.Carry out general administrative tasks to support smooth operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
Requirements
- A-levels / Diploma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in data entry and proficient in Microsoft Office
