Job Overview:
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of audio products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. You will drive sales and ensure customers have an engaging, high-quality shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Actively greet and engage customers, providing them with personalized advice on audio products, including headphones, speakers, home sound systems, and other audio equipment.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest audio technologies, products, and features, keeping up to date with product releases and trends.
- Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
- Demonstrations: Set up product demonstrations and provide customers with hands-on experiences to showcase the features and benefits of audio products.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and product display.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and manage complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless sales process and a positive shopping environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or audio equipment.
- Strong interest in and passion for audio products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
