Morgan McKinley is looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to support our client, a global leader in consulting and professional services. Join a dynamic team and help provide exceptional service to users in need of technical support.
Work Location is in Suntec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for (L1) help desk support, responding to inbound calls.
- Resolve user inquiries during the initial interaction by providing effective solutions to public-facing issues.
- Collaborate with internal support and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage incident tracking, and follow escalation protocols.
- Primarily handle direct customer interactions, including outbound follow-up calls to users requesting callbacks.
- Assist with email inquiries as assigned by the team leader.
- Address customer concerns via chatbot, managing a high volume of public-facing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service Support in a contact center environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stress while handling a high volume of calls from the public.
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients/customers.
