Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery in a production setting. This role ensures the efficient production of high-quality products by following safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The technician works closely with engineers and other team members to monitor production processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and SOPs to maintain a safe work environment.
- Record and report production data to supervisors.
- Assist in process improvements and production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Higher Nitec or certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
