Are you passionate about technology and client service? We’re looking for a dedicated Technical Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to extend to 12 months!

What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and implement changes in our API system.
- Prepare and manage documentation for management approval, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members and clients, leveraging your strong communication skills to navigate unexpected challenges.
- Continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, enhancing your IT knowledge along the way.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential to communicate in basic chinese with chinese clients.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Linux; fresh graduates with relevant IT skills are encouraged to apply!
- A meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Opened to support deployment on Wed/Fri till late evening (11PM) and weekends morning. Overtime will be compensated with time-off.
