Management Associate for BoConcept
Role Overview:
The Management Associate begins with broad exposure to various business functions and strategic projects, often through a rotational program. As they gain experience, their career path can evolve into managerial or specialized roles, depending on their skills, interests, and company needs.
As a Management Associate at BoConcept, You will be based primarily in our HQ office at Bendemeer and you will play a key role in supporting the smooth-running of day-to-day retail operations. You will be involved in executing high-priority projects that influence the overall company direction. Additionally, you will ensure we maintain transparency and legacy by documenting and communicating best practices, policies, and procedures. This dynamic role offers exposure to multiple business functions and opportunities, ideal for someone looking to gain a broad exposure to various business functions at the start of their career.
What You will Do:
- Collaborate with teams across five brands to ensure compliance with policies and propose improvements.
- Draft, document, and disseminate guidelines, meeting minutes, and other official communications.
- Provide data-driven support for the review and creation of guidelines and policies.
- Offer support for task forces and working groups, including meeting organization, tracking follow-ups, and progress reporting.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff and senior managers
- Assist with contract documentation, ensuring proper filing and review.
What We are Looking For:
- Fresh graduates (0-2 years of experience) with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A self-starter with an inquisitive mindset who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear minutes.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
