Location: Tampines
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised service to manage members' enquiries and services over at the phone.
- Assist with system testing (UAT) and administrative duties
- Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Able to commit minimally 1 month - 3 months
- Prior experience in customer service/call centre is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner
- Training provided!
