Scheduling & Triggering CONTROL-M Jobs in scheduler.


Checking Usage & Logs in SPLUNK and clearing the blocking and consuming data.


Involved in doing the application checks to ensure all required functionalities are proper and running.


Working on Adhoc VAR request and monthly FDSF scenarios delivering.


Expert in finding and tracking the daily failures so as to get it fixed through the help of the development teams in upcoming releases under investigation of any issue [client issues, data requests, JIRA support issues].


Activation of Trade books in different application on trader request.


Preparing and reviewing knowledge articles for known/new issues.


Monitoring ITRS Geneos/MO alert on timely basis to know the batch status.


By analyzing and understanding the requirements of the client and act as a sole functional resource for the support activity.


Proactive health checks before and after DR activity, QMW and Maintenance activities.


Handling Incident Management , Problem Management and Root Cause analysis for production issues.


The major part of the work included constant analysis, system monitoring and responding to customer queries and to critical business problems.


SLA adherence.
