Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Support the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance brand equity and positioning across all sales channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the company’s mission and values across retail, e-commerce, and other distribution platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and compelling brand experiences.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and sponsorships to boost brand awareness across all touchpoints.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, and point-of-sale channels, tailored to specific sales platforms (retail, e-commerce, etc.).
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating insights for continuous improvement in each sales channel.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media, and influencers to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive sales in all distribution channels.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, product packaging, and point-of-sale (POS) materials tailored to each platform.
- Manage partnerships and collaborations with key influencers, thought leaders, and brand ambassadors to expand reach across e-commerce, retail, and other channels.
Sales Channel Support and Optimization:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective marketing support across all sales channels, including retail and e-commerce platforms.
- Work closely with retail partners to design and execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure that e-commerce platforms are optimized for conversion, working with web development teams to enhance the customer journey and user experience.
- Analyze sales data from different channels to assess the success of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify new sales channels and distribution opportunities to expand the brand’s reach and market share.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the development of high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with the sales strategy for each channel.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars that drive engagement and sales across different platforms.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for brand campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing content.
Digital Marketing and E-commerce:
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media, website, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve traffic and visibility across online sales channels.
- Oversee the management of the company's online store, optimizing product pages, and improving conversion rates.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts, including sales and conversion metrics for online platforms.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, product preferences, and trends across retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Use insights to inform product development and optimize marketing strategies for each sales channel.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that marketing initiatives are customer-centric and channel-specific.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective and generate a positive return on investment across different channels.
- Track expenditures and provide regular reports on budget utilization, sales performance, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or have experience in related field.
- Experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the health and wellness or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Experience managing marketing strategies for retail and e-commerce platforms is a must.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online retail marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories for different audiences and sales platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across various sales channels.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine market preferred.
