- Position : All Welcome! Admin Assistant (Warehouse/Coordinating) - Up to $3,000 - WEST
- Location : Benoi Road - Opposite Joo Koon MRT
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of stock control
- Overall In-charge of warehouse office administration - such as servicing + purchases, office upkeeping and HR matters
- Shipping aspects of warehousing
- Ensure closing of administration gaps
- Act as goods checker working in conjunction with the Warehouse Executive
- Plan, co-ordinate daily delivery and installation
- Work closely with salesperson on enquire of booking of delivery slot plus ensure payment is fully paid before delivery
- Work closely with account department to check on overseas documents if payment has been made before posting plus other related DO or invoices payment issue
Requirements:
- Minimum of ITE Certificate with at least 1 year working experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel.
- Immediate starter will be an advantage
