Position: Contract HRBP cum Talent Acquisition (TA)
Location: Gul Plant / One North Corporate Office (must be comfortable traveling between both sites based on business needs)
Contract Duration: 12 months + 1-month completion bonus
Salary: S$4,000 - S$4,500 (based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
Other Benefits: 18 days annual leave, $1,000 outpatient claims per annum (pro-rated according to contract duration)
Job Description:
This position offers a dynamic mix of HR business partnering (HRBP) and talent acquisition (TA) responsibilities, with a focus on supporting recruitment and HR process improvement across two key locations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition (50%):Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract positions in Singapore, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
Oversee contract renewals and replacements, ensuring smooth transitions for contingent workers.
Lead recruitment efforts for internships, coordinating monthly engagement events and graduation ceremonies.
Participate in job fairs to attract top talent from the market.
Utilize various cost-effective recruitment channels and methods, including job postings and referral updates.
- HR Business Partnering (50%):Support HR functions such as operations, compensation and benefits, and talent & organizational development.
Assist in HR process improvements and digitalization efforts to enhance efficiency.
Provide suggestions for streamlining HR data and assist with PowerPoint presentations for reports.
Contribute to the design and drafting of quarterly updates for the HR Newsletter, keeping Singapore employees informed on key HR developments.
