Responsibilities:
- Develop and share the project schedule while monitoring progress across branches.
- Support Product Managers by assisting with various tasks, including showcasing the platform to key stakeholders.
- Help prepare UAT test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Provide production setup support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, specifically in IT project PMO. Experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with global system rollouts, particularly within the banking sector.
- Proven background as a Business Analyst, especially in defining requirements and managing UAT during system implementations.
- Experience with Supply Chain Finance is a big plus
- Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Strong understanding of banking business processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in documentation, technical writing, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
