Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day performance and progress of the warehouse
- Monitor and oversee entire store operation (receiving, packing and shipment) to ensure that work priorities and shipment schedules are met
- Work closely with other department to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled on time
- Optimise warehouse space and adopt good housekeeping as well as overall safety practice to achieve a well-organized and safe working environment
- Conduct inventory checks on accuracy of inventory
- Ensure proper receiving and issuance of raw materials/products.
- Required to perform record-keeping, stock movement control & assist in the return of damaged goods
- Monitor stock level, maintain a First-In-First-Out system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” level with basic computer knowledge
- Good team player
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Conversant in English & Chinese as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counter parts
- Forklift license is “A Must”
