Job Description :
- Test program Development for Digital, Power Management , RF & Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits (IC’s) using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged IC’s
- Design Test Hardware Load board and Probe Card
- Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device
characterization, test program bring up and production release activities - Debug of digital test patterns and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)
- Involve on test program hand on, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
- Operation of Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler
- High level of collaboration and interaction with different Hardware, Product
- Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering , or Candidates with minimum, 2 years of experience
- Good Knowledge of Digital and Analog electronics, able to write scripts using Python is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
- Result oriented and willingness to learn
- Selected candidates will be undergoing a training of six months and will be signing up for a contract of eighteen months after confirmation (Training period inclusive).
