- Experience in Business Analysis. 8-10 years
- Experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking. 5 years+ (Migration of MT to MX experience).
- Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience
- Capturing, analysing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
- Agile product development experience
- Swift payment, MT to MX migration, etc
Nice to haves are:
- Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore vs Malaysia vs Hong Kong (regulatory too)
- Knowledge of features offered by competitors such as DBS / Citibank etc
- Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channels?
- API /SWIFT experience

Payments Domain - Wires, ISO 20022, SWIFT(MT/MX)
Strong experience in Functional agile user stories, not tech stories
Payment knowledge, preferably Asia payments – Singapore , Malaysia , China , Thailand, Indonesia etc.
