Job Description,
- Champion Headquarter HR Policy & Processes
- Analyzing and monitoring HR metrics development
- Developing and program Compensation & Benefit Strategy
- Developing international Human Resources Management, including but not limited to: Staffing, policy, process deployment, and performance management
- Supervise day to day HR processes and driving efficiency with support of HR administrative member
- Draft HR policy and proposals
- Other major & impactful HR projects as assigned
Requirements,
- Minimum 8 years experiences in HR with positive attitude, endurance, trustworthy, am bitious, team player, and good communication
- Familiar with working regulations and environment in Singapore/SEA.
- Master of Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Project Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, HR Policy & Proposal
- Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with a high attention to detail and a collaborative nature
