Working days: 5.5 days / week
Salary range up to $6000 (depend on experience)
Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time
- Coordinate with contractor and consultant to resolve any technical issues related to M&E installations
- Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise, prepare and submit regular project status reports
Requirement:
- Experience in similar industries
- Experience in handling high voltage electrical installation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Solidworks / Revit will be advantageous
- Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
- Singaporean only
