- Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
- Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standards of design works
- Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC
- Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
- Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
- Candidate with HDB projects drafting experience will be an advantage
- Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
