- Manage quantity surveying projects independently, providing expert guidance and oversight.
- Conduct cost estimates, budget preparations, and meticulous cost control throughout project lifecycles.
- Utilise advanced Excel skills to analyse project data and generate insightful reports for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, manage contractors/sub-contractor relationships and work performance to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably on HDB, Town Council projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills with a keen interest in leveraging technology for efficient project management.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying related roles.
