- Location: SIN MING LANE, MIDVIEW CITY
- Working Days: 5 days, Monday-Friday
- Working hours : 830am-6pm
- Salary: $2500 and $3000
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and enquiries
- Maintaining, Prepare and arrange job schedules
- Liaise with clients & technicians for appoints
- Apply PTWs with Mall managements
- Maintaining client relationships and retention
- Preparing/sending invoices
- Maintaining company clients portfolio
- Tabulate Monthly sales/service reports
- Assist Accts to Follow up and chase payment
- Assist in Contract and quotation drafting
