Supporting financial management responsibilities, including the preparation of management accounts, financial and statutory reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will assist in the preparation and annual review of budgets and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A degree in accountancy, finance, or a professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA).
- Proven experience in financial accounting within the Food & Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely allocation of funds, monitor bank accounts, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Prepare Cash Flow Forecast and Weekly budgeting
- Assist in preparing financial statements, GST, and FY filings.
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Review and process staff and company expenses in line with established policies.
- Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments on finance-related matters.
