- Adhere to all company guidelines.
- Manage Town Councils projects, experienced in R&R/NRP projects preferred.
- Plan and prepare the project master schedule, identify critical activities that will require an early start & develop the budget for every project activities.
- Meet regularly to with Management, Client and relevant parties to discuss the status of the current project.
- Control the worksite effectively in achieving good safety and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare, review and enforce the risk assessment plan with the assistance of the WSH Coordinator.
- Liaising with Clients, Consultants and relevant authorities for the implementation of the Project handled, including resident’s feedback / complaints.
- Manage projects to achieve smooth project implementation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned project on time.
- Lead a team of site personnel.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and consultant.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by Client and Consultants.
- Monitor Project cost including variation works, if any.
Education & Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or any other discipline related to building construction.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing Town Council’s R&R/NRP projects in a similar capacity in lieu of the educational qualification stipulated above.
- Attended CSCPM
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and can communicate effectively in English.
- Strong in Persuasion, Service oriented, Client relationship and People Management.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office, able to prepare project reports and presentation as required by Clients.
