We are looking for a Generative AI Innovation engineer/ Technologist with keen interest in nation-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Be the expert on the latest advancements in GenAI and apply such knowledge to shape organization’s strategy for GenAI.
- Scope GenAI projects based on problem statements from internal and/or external stakeholders, ideally through an application of design thinking practices.
- Deploy Python-based AI/ML frameworks, specifically PyTorch, TensorFlow and scikit-learn, and latest frameworks/tools for GenAI such as Langchain for POCs developed.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of GenAI models, processes, and results.
- Optimise model performance through experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and advanced optimisation techniques.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experienced in developing AI/ML solutions in a corporate or research setting, deployed solutions into production.
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java/Javascript and full stack development.
- Aptitude for data story-telling, visualisation and technical communications. Able to abstract and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences well.
- Team player with a keen interest in mentoring and collaborative problem-solving.
