Project Administrator

Marquis Hnc Pte. Ltd.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange delivery, ordering furniture and communicate progress to all team members.


Job Scope

  • Attend site visiting & meeting and project co-ordination.
  • Project administration E.g. tender submission, presentation proposal and costing, handling defects.
  • Ensure proper receiving and check of incoming goods, supervise unstuffing and warehousing, and delivery at site.
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship including defects materials or products.
  • Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess initiative and willingness to learn
  • Willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Other Information:

  • Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm Alt Sat 9am - 1pm.
  • Working Location: Joo Seng Rd, Tai Seng Singapore.
