We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange delivery, ordering furniture and communicate progress to all team members.
Job Scope
- Attend site visiting & meeting and project co-ordination.
- Project administration E.g. tender submission, presentation proposal and costing, handling defects.
- Ensure proper receiving and check of incoming goods, supervise unstuffing and warehousing, and delivery at site.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship including defects materials or products.
- Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn
- Willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- At least 2-3 years of working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm Alt Sat 9am - 1pm.
- Working Location: Joo Seng Rd, Tai Seng Singapore.
