Project Executive (3-Months)

This is a short-term contract of 3 months subject to extension.

Job Description:

1. Focuses primarily on the storage, organize and handling of goods within a facility, related with Warehouse Storage and distribution.
2. Performing warehouse inventory through a computer. Stock counting and location checks.
3. Work activities including: operating Asset labelling system, packing or prepare of Freight case container.
4. Familiarity of equipment auditing and reporting
5. With uphold quality standards as well as conform to policies and procedures of Safety.
6. Familiarity & Responsible related with Warehouse Storage and distribution
7. Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves and collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule

Requirement:

1. Able to lift and move heavy items
2. Forklift license or certification ( Optional)
3. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Good knowledge of warehouse processes
6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Working knowledge in MS applications including Excel, and Outlook
