- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics) or equivalent.
- 5-8 years in the Security Industry, with experience managing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Strong planning, organization, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Capable of working independently and making sound decisions.
