Duties and Responsibilities
· Operates high tech equipment to ensure meeting production output with high yield and good quality.
· Perform 1st level troubleshooting of any faults
· Perform basic maintenance and repair jobs on equipments
· Assist Engineers to ensure proper process records are maintained
- Assist engineering / operations team members in the shortest time to resolve problems and ensure long term continuous improvement for yield improvement and cost saving project, wherever possible
· Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced Technicians / Operators
· Interfaces with other colleagues concerning quality and assure that effective corrective action or improvement is implemented
· Quality checks using magnifying equipment / glass
· Hands-on operation role and also to assist / stand in for operator’s role
· Any other ad-hoc work as and when assigned by Supervisor / Managers
