- minimum 10 years' experience in the baking industry with focus on plant bakeries
- recognised qualification in Food Science or Baking
- knowledge of functional ingredients used in baking
- well versed in process control and process parameters in baking
- good working knowledge of bread and cake production
- basic knowledge in bakery equipment
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- good command of spoken and written English
- able to travel overseas as and when required
