Job Description:
- Provide administration support to Engineering Department.
- Update in system on staff leave application, roster and training records.
- Provide support and coordinate Engineering’s contractor activities.
- Coordinate maintenance work and keep updated records.
- Maintain E-filing documents.
- Handle and compile purchase requisition, purchase order and quotation.
- Communicate with all departments, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement: -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge in SAP system
Higher Nitec, Diploma
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
At least 1 year working experience in the related field
