Sales Manager Job Scope and Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Management
- Plan and oversee the manpower for shops and outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Recruit and train new sales staff, covering daily operations and product knowledge.
2. Inventory Control
- Oversee SKU and stock inventory management for each shop/outlet based on their floor plans.
3. Sales Management
- Motivate and lead sales staff to meet their individual and outlet sales targets.
- Organize and plan sales promotions for shops and coordinate with department stores for their
events.
4. Customer Service
- Manage and respond to customer feedback and inquiries.
- Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to reduce complaints.
5. Market Survey Report
- Analyze competitors’ sales and merchandising strategies.
