Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Provide quotations on product sales and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up on quotations, coordinate orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage in pre-sales presentations and develop new accounts to expand sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product promotions and conduct market research.
- Develop sales strategies to meet targets, drive lead generation, and prospect new accounts.
- Operate as both a key account sales representative, responsible for new and existing customers, and manage Microsoft product licensing responsibilities.
- Work independently, proactively, and resourcefully in driving customer success and growth.

Microsoft Product Sales and Management:

- Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft’s IoT and embedded product suite, including licensing models, product features, and support for various versions (e.g., Windows 11LTSC, Windows on ARM).
- Ensure the correct Microsoft licenses are offered and managed effectively for each customer project.
- Provide guidance on licensing options and downgrade paths, helping customers select the right license for their needs.
- Work closely with Microsoft CSP channel partners and distributors to ensure smooth delivery of products and solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to integrate Microsoft IoT solutions within their projects, providing ongoing support for successful adoption.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Microsoft IoT products and develop sales strategies that align with market needs and customer demands.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities in the IoT and embedded markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for key accounts, driving revenue growth for both Advantech and Microsoft solutions.


Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent diploma with relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of corporate sales experience in the Industrial PC, Embedded Computing, or related fields.
- A technical engineer with a strong hardware background who wants to transition to sales will be considered.

- Familiarity with vertical markets such as Edge AI, 5G, Transportation, Surveillance, Digital Signage, and Equipment Builders.
- Knowledge of embedded technologies, AI, and IoT will be advantageous.
- Microsoft Azure Cloud experience (preferably AZ900, AZ500, AZ104 certified) will be beneficial.
