Responsibilities
Operational Finance Management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounting, Treasury and Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and reconciliations.
- Maintain the integrity of financial accounting systems and records.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, prepare forecasts
Budgeting, Forecasting, & Financial Reporting
- Monitor budgetary performance and report variances
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits
Requirements
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA highly preferred.
- International Financial Reporting Standards (IRFS) experience mandatory
- Minimum of 8 years finance experience
- Managed multiple global entities
- Preferred candidate in related such as Finance, Insurance sector, Broking Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to adjust to shifting priorities while meeting critical deadlines
