Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers on products related to power generation, gen-sets, combustion engines, and protection relays.
- Deliver product training and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand the technical aspects and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Assist in developing and managing customer relationships by addressing technical inquiries, offering solutions, and providing expert guidance on product applications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage customer proposals, including technical specifications and budget estimates.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the energy and automation industries.
- Help in the development of budgets for customer projects, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, and customer support) to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to network and promote the company’s products and services.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years experience on an international sales position
- Experience working in technical support roles within the energy, power generation, or automation sectors.
- Knowledge of control systems, automation technologies, and protection relay products.
- Previous experience providing technical sales support in the energy industry.
- Proven experience or educational background in the energy and/or automation industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Familiarity with the power generation market, especially in gen-sets, combustion engines, and protection relays, is a significant advantage.
- Strong technical support and product training experience, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the sales team and external customers.
- Proficiency in PC applications and MS Office, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to develop budgets, cost estimates, and technical proposals in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage customer projects and timelines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
