Job Scope:
ICT Technical Assistant to manage the school's daily ICT operations and processes supporting the school's 1:1 Personalised Digital Learning Programme, with particular focus on students' Chromebooks.
The services include:
• Managing the school's ICT resources, including inventory and asset management, maintenance of ICT equipment, replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and loaning of ICT equipment.
• Updating information on the school website and school portals.
• Managing and maintaining non-SSOE equipment and devices, e.g. Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, projectors and visualisers.
• Managing and monitoring students' usage of Chromebooks in the school and maintaining whitelist/blacklist via DMA software.
• Providing first-line technical support for students' Chromebook devices and liaising with vendors for repair/collection.
• Providing support for AVA/IT/Live-stream setup during school functions/events.
• Providing ad hoc technical support to staff in the school when necessary.
• Conducting ad hoc IT training for staff and students (when required).
• Conducting stock-taking for all ICT resources (equipment and software) twice yearly.
• Performing any other ICT-related administrative or operational duties as required.
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4.45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
Fridays: 7.30am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Salary: $2800/Month
Job Requirements:
• GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
