Job Description:
- Marketing of security manpower & technology services
- Develop marketing plan and follow marketing schedules to reach out to potential clients by market segment
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to make introductory presentations and understand their requirements
- Attend site show rounds and prepare tender proposals for submission
- Respond to any sales inquiries and provide a quotation
- Prepare and negotiate the commercial contract with clients
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying, and supporting new sales opportunities, and managing potential cross-selling opportunities with all of the company’s products and services where possible.
- Prepare marketing materials including digital media, brochures, and email advertising
- Prepare weekly reporting e.g. marketing activities, customer database, or sales reporting
- Gathering general market information, conducting the Market/Competitor analysis, obtaining competitive intelligence, producing analysis of potential market share, customer dynamics, and relevant upcoming opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Security Manpower & Systems requirements, market awareness, and established network with both customers and suppliers.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Director from time to time.
