Responsibilities
- Organize market surveys, forecasts, feasibility studies, and technical and economic analyses of new markets and new fields. Manage market operation information. Establish and improve the company's operation information system. Encourage the implementation of new market strategies. Coordinate and assist in the formulation of market development strategies.
- Assist, promote, and obtain employment internationally; update group project information and resources; prepare pertinent commissions, offices, and associated agencies reports; and manage market operations.
- Gather, authorize, and distribute operating indicators for each region from the headquarters. Support the area or organization finish preparing the documentation needed for project bid evaluation; support arrange and manage external resources; take part in and support project bidding activities.
- In charge of creating, enhancing, and interpreting the organization's project cost management standards and system; gather, compile, and evaluate the cost database and cost management strategy; approve the project target cost; collaborate with the area management center to control project expenses.
- Internal documentation control for business management-related process and audit; • Establish an international standard implementation system and process; collaborate with appropriate departments to carry out standard implementation work
- Intangible asset management, including corporate credentials, patented technologies, intellectual property rights, and R&D costs.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the infrastructure or tunneling industry.
- Strong understanding of tunnel construction projects, methodologies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing large-scale projects, including tendering and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering on business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in preparing detailed sales reports, presentations, and market analysis.
