Technical Sales Executive (construction industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Promote and sell the company's technical products and solutions to contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Making presentations and showing our proprietary solutions to clients like contractors, engineers, and architects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and opportunities for product expansion.
  • Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Work closely with the technical team to align customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms to close sales.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to network and generate leads.

Key Requirements:

  • Level, Pre-university candidates, Poly Diploma holders, or foreign certifications in related fields such as construction, civil engineering, or technical disciplines.
  • Ability to write, read and speak English with Sales or Construction background
  • Proven experience in sales within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction products, services, and technologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, both existing and new.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
