Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, EMS, CEMS, and end users.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the PCBA/EMS/OEM sectors.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, customer support) to align customer requirements with company offerings.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to network and expand the client base.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding market needs and trends.
- Using various techniques, such as cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings, build and nurture strong connections with current and potential customers.
- Establish strong bonds with all employees in our clients' companies who have purchasing power.
- Work together with internal departments to find solutions to operational problems so that our esteemed clients can enjoy a smooth and effective sales process.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of sales or engineering experience.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically selling electronics components to EMS, OEMs, or related sectors.
- A strong network within PCBA/EMS/OEM environments is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated success in a hunter sales role, with a focus on business development and new customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
