Sales and Channel Development Executive (Security Technologies/CCTV/..)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in channel sales for smart workspace solutions and physical security systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and assess industry trends in smart workspace and physical security technologies.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their understanding of our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at channel partners and their customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential partners and customers.
  • Stay current on developments in smart workspace technologies, physical security systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, including turnstiles, CCTV, and building management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies.
  • Highly well-organized, possessing exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to oversee several partner relationships at once.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with an excellent attention to detail and the capacity to function well under duress.
