ASSISTANT MANAGER

China Harbour (singapore) Engineering Company Pte. Ltd.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Contract management in delivery phase as an administrator.
  2. Draft and review a variety of contracts / agreement.
  3. Meeting with Client / Supervision Officer and subcontractors to discuss contractural matters.
  4. Provide contractural advice to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager.
  5. Identify opportunities or riskes in processes and devise plans to implement.
  6. Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts including Main Contract and subcontract.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Civil /Building Engineering or Construction Management.
  2. Working experience over 2 years in relevent discipline in construction industry and working in contractor's side is preferable.
  3. Managing team members in routine daily task.
  4. Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance and contractual terminology in construction field.
  5. Superior reading, writing and language skills.
  6. Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
  7. Excellant skill in negotiation with external parties in contractual claim issues.
