Job Descriptions:
- Contract management in delivery phase as an administrator.
- Draft and review a variety of contracts / agreement.
- Meeting with Client / Supervision Officer and subcontractors to discuss contractural matters.
- Provide contractural advice to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager.
- Identify opportunities or riskes in processes and devise plans to implement.
- Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts including Main Contract and subcontract.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil /Building Engineering or Construction Management.
- Working experience over 2 years in relevent discipline in construction industry and working in contractor's side is preferable.
- Managing team members in routine daily task.
- Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance and contractual terminology in construction field.
- Superior reading, writing and language skills.
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
- Excellant skill in negotiation with external parties in contractual claim issues.
