Job Description
- Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.
- Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration for 3 malls.
- Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.
- Work closely with other departments to support in marketing event and strengthen tenant relation.
- Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.
Requirement
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management or relevant field
- Min 5 years relevant experience working in retail mall leasing or building.
- Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
- Able prepare and present reports during weekly meeting to Chinese stakeholders.
