- Act as the primary contact for users regarding research system functionalities and issues.
- Coordinate with the IT department and overseas vendors for technical resolutions and support interim solutions pending permanent fixes deployment
- Engage in end-to-end grant management processes to develop a comprehensive understanding of the workflows involved.
