Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions in the AIoT and physical security sectors.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals and RFP responses that clearly articulate the value of our products and services.
- Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling to identify opportunities for our CCTV, access control systems (ACS), and network technology solutions.
- Engage with customers to address technical inquiries and provide insights on product capabilities and integrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in AIoT and physical security.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, technical documentation, and training materials for the sales team and customers.
- Support post-sales implementation and provide training to customers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or in a similar role within the AIoT or physical security industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products such as CCTV, access control systems (ACS), and network technology.
- Experience with selling SaaS solutions, including CRM and cloud-based ACS/VMS, is highly desirable.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
