5 days office hour
Duration: 6 months
Job Scope:
- Manage export/import shipments from the company
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents using ITAS and Microsoft Excel; process permits if required.
- Ensure relevant documents are submitted to various related parties.
- Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers.
- Coordinate with service providers and internal departments regarding shipments.
- Liaise with the Group’s overseas shipping teams on orders and shipping documentation.
- Perform other admin/data entry work as required.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Shipping (Import/Export) is required.
