Admin Assistant

Singapore Poultry Hub Pte. Ltd.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in facilitating communication and organization within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Support:Answer and direct phone calls.
    Greet and assist visitors.
    Handle general office correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  2. Scheduling and Coordination:Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    Prepare and maintain agendas and meeting minutes.
  3. Document Management:Maintain and update filing systems and records.
    Prepare and proofread documents and reports.
  4. Administrative Tasks:Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
    Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  5. Data Entry and Reporting:Input and update data into company systems.
    Generate basic reports as needed.
  6. Support and Collaboration:Assist team members with various administrative tasks.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail and accuracy.
