· Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
· Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
· Attend Coordinating Meeting
· Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
· To Manage & Monitor subcontractors works and progress and feedback to Project Manager
· To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site
· Local experience in construction industry is preferrable
· Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
· Able to plan and handle drawings details
· Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Engineering from a recognized institution
· Must be Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer
· At least 5 years of working experience in Building & Construction
· Knowledge in Auto Cad is preferred
