Job Description:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' health status, documenting findings accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and professional standards of nursing practice.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
Job Requirement :
- Must possess Degree / Diploma/Nitec in Nursing
- Min 1 year of geriatric care experience
