Business Analyst shall:
- Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements;
- Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs;
- Manage and maintain IT Process, track technical documentation and monitoring of progress;
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that may be conducted by party authorized by the Authority;
- Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance;
- Ensure that the delivery of the project is compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps.
Business Analyst shall possess the following skill sets:
- At least 3 (THREE) years of experience as Business Analyst;
- Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
- Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements;
- Experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure etc. (preferred AWS).
Candidates possessing one or more of the following capabilities and expertise will have added advantages:
- Cloud Certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers (preferred AWS);
- Experience in SDLC-related projects in the past;
- Knowledge of application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies; and
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies with working experience in performing various application and systems testing.
