We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist with expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to lead the paid advertising efforts across four brands: Info-Tech, Info-Tech Academy, Jobs Lah, and DigiSME. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, optimising campaigns for maximum ROI and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, strategise, and manage high-performing Google paid advertising campaigns across multiple brands.
- Work with web developers to ensure proper tracking of all paid ads for accurate performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities and propose improvements to boost conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
- Align campaign strategies with cross-functional departments to ensure goals are met and campaigns are cohesive.
- Manage and optimise the paid media budget to ensure cost-effective advertising.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, ad grouping, and precise audience targeting for effective ads.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to enhance campaigns.
- Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Achieve marketing targets and KPIs as defined by management.
Skills and Qualifications
